On April 23 2018, Alek Minassian rammed a van into pedestrians in the North York City Centre. He killed 10 people and injured 16. Eight of the ten killed were women. He was a self proclaimed Incel. It was discovered he had serious mental health problems. But, because he had access to internet hate his problems were aggravated and inflamed.
