A nose isn't the only thing that cobtributes to your looks! There are so many things you can improve your appearance without getting surgery:

Is your hair and skin in good shape?

Are you at a healthy body weight?

Do you work out and eat healthy food?

Are your teeth straight?

Do you wear clothes that suit your body type? What about your hairstyle?

Are you elegant and groomed?

Do you have proper posture?

Do you know how to use make-up to flatter your positive features and hide flaws?

Do you smoke?

Also, as bizzare as it sounds, SMV isn't entirely about physical appearance. A bright, bubbly attitude, smile, feminine voice, as well as carrying yourself with grace can go a long way when it comes to improving your SMV.

I have a friend that wasn't blessed by the genetic lottery. She was short, naturally chubby, had poor facial structure, weak hair, saggy breasts, thin lips, a large, crooked nose, as well as several other flaws. This morning I had a dr appointment with a dermatologist to get a small facial mole removed. The person waiting next to me was there because of skin cancer. I felt immediately wrong. Like guilty for being there because of something superficial and realized I could never get plastic surgery because I sometimes consider getting a nose job.

You can use these extra months to get into better health, do a new hobby and learn more about your self. You’re still very young, if you want to wait that is fine.
