Creepy is, more or less, the socially correct way for a female to state that a male below her SMV and that he is initiating a social interaction. The statement of "Creepy" implies that the value of the male in question has already been decided and ranked lower than the females. "Creepy" in and of itself is not a shit test but an interpretation of the result of one or more tests.

The old Mystery Method comment, "is she always like this?" would probably have worked well there if you'd have said it to the girl you were flirting with to dismiss the other girl. Use that to blow off the other girl then continue with what you were doing (if it was going well.)
