I used to think watching porn was harmless, but that was way back when I was a teenager.

Later, in my 20s, I noticed I felt better the longer I went without porn. Sexual energy makes you feel good, but porn drains your sexual energy (which has the side effect of making you feel bad).

Now, in my 30s, I can't watch porn without some sort of noticeable withdrawal symptoms: aches and pains, mild headache, difficulty getting erections, less energy, and even social anxiety. It's became so bad that I try to NEVER watch porn now.

Sure, watching porn is fun, but eventually the fantasy world has to end. It's that return to reality that hurts, like a bad fall. It's the withdrawal symptoms that kill.

The young people out there don't know what they are doing to themselves. Only people who have been watching porn their whole lives might be able to relate to the harmful effects that can build over time. This isn't about religion. It's about psychology and biology.
