So a few days ago at my university, this anti-rape activist proposed a drastic, but rather interesting idea to help combat the supposed "1 in 4 women" being rapped or sexually assaulted on campus.

The idea works like this: Every girl, would have a special earring that has a camera in it. The earring, has a small button, and when pushed, it will record 10 seconds of film, with audio, and send it to the local police department. Then, a motorcade of officers will be dispatched to the location where the film was sent from, barge into the room, and apprehend the perpetrator. Namely, she suggested that any reports of sexual assault or rape without this film cannot result in disciplinary action against either party.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think overall people would like this and it would be well received?
