This might come as a surprise to you, but there are billions of women across the world and they aren't part of a singular collective mind. They actually are diverse and have widely varying beliefs and preferences. Why would you think they would all agree on a "set list of demands"?

I'm not sure what the goal is supposed to be. The title "Selective Breeding" suggests some sort of eugenic goal. But the content of the post suggests that women should come together to make men act differently (which is not eugenic).

One of the major problems with any cartel is that there may be benefits for anyone in the cartel to defect. Heck, even the OPEC Oil Cartel (which is made-up of only 12 countries) can't manage to effectively hold the cartel together (studies have shown that OPEC members are secretly selling more oil than they've agreed to sell; admittedly, a small amount of cheating doesn't mean OPEC is useless when it comes to keeping the price of oil higher.) Any sort of female (or male) cartel made up of billions of members is really tough to maintain; at least as long as members are fully aware of the game that's being played. (There are semi-effective ways to maintain a cartel if members aren't fully aware of the game - for example, using shaming in various ways, through religion or slut shaming - where members aren't fully aware of the game that's being played.)

Any man working against said demands would die a cold and lonely life unless he was homosexual.

True and yet funnily enough i've yet to see women band together to fix men by denying the pump and dumpers sex and only reward good guys.

Two big issues here; first, you're not asking for a week-long period of abstinence. You are talking about a life-long chance. Life-long chances are much harder than temporary changes. Secondly, that would require that women actually form a life of standards that they want in men. The issue is that there is far, far, far too much variance in wants here. This list would have to be hopelessly vague to the point where most women already agree with it. Some women want a provider, some women want a career, some want kids, some don't. Some women like more aggressive men, I personally like more mellow, soft-spoken men. If you want to form any real list that isn't what largely already exists like "Don't hit women, be nice to us" some women will be asked to exclusively date men they dislike for the entirety of their lives. That's not happening. And then there's also the question of if selective breeding would even work.
