TRP and MRM share a lot in common: anti-feminism, their opinions of marriage and general dating advice line up almost exactly.

But there's also a schism. Roosh V wrote articles titled “Men’s Rights” Has Become A Euphemism For “Sexual Loser” and The Men’s Rights Movement Is Dead, stating in part,

I’m not against Men’s Rights, but a lot of these blogs are written by guys who have no game and can’t get laid, and serve as just an outlet for being a lifelong sexual loser. ...

These guys dedicate their time to complaining about feminists or marriage, yet they have zero experience with either! I suspect they are anti-social, bitter virgins who simply don’t have anything else to do with their bountiful free time, too fearful of putting their fragile ego on the line to be a man and actually get laid.

And

The biggest problem with MRAs is that they are not activists. They are pamphleteers. They believe knowledge alone will solve the ills of the world. ...

They were faced with a choice: spend all their free time on blogs or approach a god damn woman. They picked the former.

In response, Paul Elam announced his break with the "manosphere" in an article titled "Adios, c-ya, good-bye man-o-sphere". In part,

And then there are the PUAs and Gamers, about whom this will be the last time I write, or that will ever again appear in an article on this site. They are comprised mostly of men who bear the deepest afflictions of a fatherless culture. Abandoned to feminist governance by their male elders and bereft of masculine guidance, they have been dropped into the solipsistic void that was the only existence feminism ever could have offered them outside direct servitude. ...

It was the point that just accepted the fact that a handful non activist, essentially blue pill bloggers, and their blue pill acolytes, are as useful to the idea of an MRM as eggshells in an omelet.

It's also somewhat regular to see redpill redditors decry the shortcomings of the MensRights subreddit/users/movement.

What are your thoughts on this schism?
