Are Men's Rights Activists too blue pill for TRP? Is "game" too blue pill for the MRM?

I think MRM is closer to mainstream feminism then TRP when it comes to basic assumptions about the world. MRM says the sexes are equal but are treated differently, and unfairly. MRMs say men are treated unfairly, mainstream feminism says women are treated unfairly. Both talk a lot about conditioning and cultural double standards. TRP rejects all of this. Men are inherently one way, women are inherently another way. Where MRMs and feminists say they want to change soceity, TRP sees this as socail engineering that is bound to fail because it goes against our basic nature.

As far as sexless losers, I don't know. I'm no Casanova, but I don't understand people that can't get sex, dates or relationships. I think everyone can and will get what the want if they're willing to work for it and/or compromise.

I see the break as a symptom of something else entirely. To varying, debatable extent, both sides are industries monetizing egos. Paul Elam and Roosh in a head-to-head might just be good business, and both of them slinging relatively personal insults about which side is too "blue" is just part of the brand: there can be only one Alpha dog.

I wouldn't say game, persay, is not compatible with MRM but certainly TRP is.

See, part of TRP is understanding that men and women see the world through different lenses. Most of us over at TRP believe this isn't changeable thanks to a different chromosome and the big changer which is testosterone. Ask any female to male trans and they'll talk about how shocked they were how much their thought processes changed completely once they got on testosterone replacement theory. The testosterone litterally changes the way men see the world. Which understandable creates a lot of issues between the sexes.

So TRP would say the MRM isn't compatible because of this. Because naturally, since both sexes see the world differently, they are going to fight for things that benefit their world view. Yes some progress for equality can be made, but at the end of the day, the different driving forces behind the sexes are going to always create a divide of sorts. Women will probably always have privilege in the courts, and men will probably always have privilege in the STEM fields. It's just how it is.

Also, TRP is more about embracing these shortcomings men seem to have, and just accepting that this is how the game is played. It's a futile effort to try and make significant changes in today's age that is moderately feminist. So TRP men, generally, look at MRM types as weak. Most TRP guys already dislike feminists for trying to rig the game more and more in their favor. The women that fail at the game of life, want to restructure the game to benefit them. The same for MRM guys, they simply want to rig the game to further help the weaker males in life.

Don't get me wrong. I definitely think it's really fucked up that women have a ridiculous privilege in the courts. However, it's really just a futile effort. Just cover your own ass when you get married. Understand women initiate most divorces, and realize that a prenup is a really good idea. Also understand that if you are ever to divorce, you wont keep your kids. So pick your mate very carefully. The best defense against losing your house and kids in a divorce is simply to become such a quality man that finds such a quality woman, that divorce isn't an issue.

I’m not against Men’s Rights, but a lot of these blogs are written by guys who have no game and can’t get laid, and serve as just an outlet for being a lifelong sexual loser. ...

These guys dedicate their time to complaining about feminists or marriage, yet they have zero experience with either! I suspect they are anti-social, bitter virgins who simply don’t have anything else to do with their bountiful free time, too fearful of putting their fragile ego on the line to be a man and actually get laid.

I think MRAs are blue pill when they think there's this magical land called "equality" where men and women can coexist equally, sing kumbaya, and never be better or different from one another. I agree with MRM issues, but I think anyone who thinks that "equality" between men and women should be the end goal is unrealistic. Men and women are different and you cannot treat them the same.

Although there are a few people, at least on reddit, that probably frequent both places, I think the majority probably do not. This is probably because although TRP and MRM might have some intersecting views in certain areas they have vastly different goals. TRP recognizes the inequalities that the MRM claims to fight for, but instead of fighting to change anything they've simply accepted them, and may even try to take advantage of them.

Also, while the MRM wants equality, I'd say a lot of TRP either doesn't want that, or believes that it's not possible.

Are Men's Rights Activists too blue pill for TRP?

The answer to this question is, "yes" - for the most part.

MRM is about achieving equality under the law. Men deserve reproductive rights. Men deserve equal protection and treatment in courts. Men's health issues deserve equal attention. Etc.

TRP is about the idea that men and women are different. The core belief is that we live in a society that claims men and women are basically the same, and that this is a lie. TRP is about accepting the truth of our biological differences.

I'm sure there is some crossover, but there's also quite a bit of disconnect. TRP is not about changing society, but MRM is. That's where TRP is going to say that MRM is "too blue pill."

The men's rights movement needs exposure. Every news article or story on 20/20, even when they're hit pieces, grows the movement. People will watch Friday's episode of 20/20 and go, "wtf?" and some of them will find their way to MRM websites, and they'll see statistics showing the social and political inequalities that men face. They might check out feminist websites, but the only thing they'll see is snark ("whaaa! man tears!") and wont be persuasive.

Exposure causes the MRM to grow, and that's good for the movement.

On the other hand, TRP actually works better without exposure. The more low-status males around, the better things are for me.
