I have trouble getting a day 2 or dates or meet ups. It seems like we connect well in person and we have a good time when we meet, but for some reason I can never get a follow up and I don't know why. I know girls are emotional and their state is fleeing but it just seems crazy that they can be so back and fourth.

Examples - This girl is back and fourth with her ex bf. We start hanging out and try for sex multiple times but she is hesitant and slows things down a bit. We are all over each other, she is on me at dinner and in the parking lot. She texts me the next day and says she had a lot of fun with me and can't wait to see me later that week. End of the week comes when we are supposed to hang and she says hey I have to do some stuff first but we can hang out after. I say cool let me know. She never contacts me again. I hear through the grapevine she is back with her abusive ex. Ok, right this off to her going back to her ex because he is familiar and she has comfort with him.

I am at the bar the other night. I start talking to this 2 set. I hook pretty quick and they are receptive. The girl next to me I am touching her leg and I can tell she is into me. She starts playing with my hair and she is putting her arm around me. She is definitely into me. After a bit I try to bounce them back to my place saying hey I have drinks, lets party at my place. Her friend says no we are going home after. So after a drink she drags her away and they leave. This girl was on me and was touching me the whole time. I could tell she liked me. I text her today and she never responded when she was so into me last night.

I am partying with my friend girls friends the other weekened. One of her friends I met before but I didn't remember. We exchange numbers and talk a bit. She says I better remember her this time and she had fun. She offers to give me a ride home later that night. I try to get her to come out and hang out that night but she says she has to work in the morning. I kiss her and tell her I am taking her out that week. She laughs and agrees. I thought she was into me. I text her a few days later and she takes 12 hours to respond with some excuse. I try one more time and she doesn't even respond.

These are only a few examples. It is driving me crazy. So many times I feel like I hit things off and me and a girl have a connection and she just ghosts me later. I don't get what is going on or what I am doing wrong. I feel like I am escalating as much as I can so it's not like I am being shy or not showing enough intent.
