Some quick info about me that everyone here seems to care about for whatever reason:
Lift twice a week, starting up BJJ twice a week, high-paying job, blah blah blah

Quick info about her:

In grad school, highly motivated and passionate (sometimes to a fault), extremely good with my friends and family, is on the right path, submissive, bakes for me, blah blah blah

I recently came back from a business trip and my LTR of 1 year (that probably plays a factor here) hits me with that she is moving out because of issues with her apartment. I was a little surprised but really thought nothing of it. A couple of days go by and she says she is looking at a house TWO houses down from my place. This really caught me off guard because I did not see that shit coming or even have time to process it...

I took it as a red flag and told her firmly but calmly that I do not think that will be a good idea or healthy for our relationship. She, of course, twists it into whichever way and starts sobbing "you can't even say that you love me" and all sorts of other shit. I see it as a comfort test at first and console her a bit but she is in freakout mode, so I withdraw attention and just head to the gym. When I get back she apologizes for what she did.

BUT here is the kicker. She still goes and checks out the place later on that day anyway... After what I told her she does not respect me enough to even listen to my needs and wants. Of course, the next few days are rocky, but then she just started apologizing profusely for everything she has done recently. She was genuinely remorseful and told me that she needed to change. I know, I know, actions over words...

So... I have been thinking about the situation and I am leaning towards breaking up with her because she will not take me seriously if I do not lay down the law and stand up for myself. She needs to dramatically change if this is going to work out because frankly, I do not have time for this petty shit. Overall, she is great but has a habit of taking small issues and blowing them way the fuck out of proportion. Should I give her the benefit of the doubt in this situation?

Does anyone who has been in a similar situation have any advice they could offer up?
