The humility is not qualifying yourself.

The TL DR is that Patrice is saying a guy needs to be a little offensive/honest/sexual/somewhat respectful and commit to that, versus being super sexual/over the top and totally disrespectful.

Guys are either too weak and try to use safe compliments, or they say outrageous shit and never intend to actually get at the girl.

First, context matters

The guy calling the question was as fat as Patrice, but not confident in himself.

That seems obvious, but the usual fixes don't address his real issue.

He doesn't think he's enough to pull the trigger, to go for what he wants.

Minute by minute -

He's paying for women. Not because that's all he can get, but that's the only way he can get a 7/8 or better.
The white guy, forget his name talks about social proof through competence in other areas. That isn't the problem with this guy and not why chicks dig Patrice. (I see a lot of this beat around the bush stuff here too)

Dante - "It's the confidence. Fix whatever is wrong..." This is the red pill/self development answer. New guys love to run from their actual problems and hope that self development (mostly lifting) will cure it.
Patrice O'Neal - calls it right, the caller can get girls, but he wants hotter ones.
So Patrice goes into the number system that most guys use.
The number system is a problem.
A 6 is too close to a 10.
When a guy rates a woman like that, that 10 makes him feel like he isn't enough.
So to get over that low self image, the hack was to expand the number system. Instead of 1-10, 1-10 is for ugly girls, 11-20 is for average girls, and 21-30 was for hot chicks.
Expanding the numbers takes her off her pedestal. It makes a man more critical.
Keep in mind, this is his personal scale. Not some objective measure of beauty.
As an aside, in my view, A legit objective 10 gets picked over all the other 5'10 Nordic/Slavic chicks to be on magazine covers. Her star falls when she starts slumming it on television. So unless a guy is running into the actual working models, he's not talking to a real 10. Just some girl with good makeup and a pushup bra.
Here is where the humility and arrogance comes in.
You can't walk up to a girl and call her sugar clit ( And Patrice does a super sleazy voice)
That would be 100% arrogance - but she's gonna be offended because that's offensive. Dehumanizing sexual talk offends most girls in most situations. All that super thirsty shit guys write on Instagram Thot boards is not arrogance or confidence.
Patrice then basically repeats the 2019 standard day game pick up line (Tusk, Fluid, all the London boys)
"Hi, I was looking at you from across the street, and I thought that you were beautiful (in that pussy boy way of saying it).
That bullshit has zero swagger. No arrogance.
This is one of the best mini game lessons. Patrice is telling you 1) What NOT to say, 2) How NOT to say it. Content and delivery.
Patrice gives the Angelina Jolie example. For you young guys, Angelina Jolie was known for her dick sucking lips. DSLs.
Angelina Jolie - 20/30 - in the range of average girls, she's at the high end of average. (Today it would be Taylor Swift or Ariana Grande)
"Hey Sweetie, those lips, I'd like for you to suck my dick but they cute anyway"
For Patrice this is the right amount of swagger for Jolie, playful and funny, but not too offensive.
He has the balls to say it, and back it up.
They then distinguish what construction workers would say. "Hey Baby" cat calling stuff is not a guy really putting himself out there. He basically sabotages himself. Cause no girl is going to realistically respond well to that. It's trolling

The rest of the clip is good.

The guy actually has problems pulling the trigger - because he's thinking to himself, "I'm not worthy". And that's when the real advice kicks in.

Not being overly braggadocios about how much money you make/have, how much status or wealth you’ve accumulated. You let it speak for itself.

A good example would be instead of saying

“I have a $25,000 watch”

You would say

“You have no idea how hard it is to find someone to fix a Rolex”

I’m sure there’s better examples but that’s what popped into my head
