No. I tried that. An attractive person will always be attractive if you wear gender appropriate clothing. An ugly guy will always be ugly. You can buy the exact same outfit as on the poster with the male model and you're still ugly. Attractiveness for men is dick size (only when assesed naked), face, height, general shape, muscle status in this exact order.
