Are u crazy? I’ve seen the hottest girls in Germany. US is really not that good (women wise )unless you are in cali, NY, and a few other good places. But again, do your research

Lol.. i live in US, and was thinking of a job offer from Berlin. Given that its close to Poland as well makes me want to move there.

In US, Vegas, Miami, Manhattan and LA are great cities for pimping.

I was in San francisco for a while, and it sucks balls in terms of women.

Come to Eastern Europe. Women here love Western Europeans such as me, are way more feminine than Dutch or German women and you can earn decent money here with good experience. USA women and German women aren't that much different is my guess, as it's typical Western Culture that rules the country, just like in NL.

Why not a third world country? With a German salary or the income from your real estate you can live like a king in Thailand or some south American country.

If you want to move somewhere for women, you’re shooting yourself in the kneecap.

Get your 4 weeks of holiday, go to the US—Cali, Vegas—whatever. Live there for a month. After around 2 weeks the touristy feeling wears off and you start to assimilate. That gives you 2 weeks of feeling like a local.

Now that’s vacation time. After that, imagine your happiness is 20% lower due to your working schedule. Your money goes everywhere because it’s the U.S., and not everything is sunshine and rainbows.

United States is a gem in itself. There are plenty of great things to be said about it, but moving hemispheres because of women and partying is dumber than the Holocaust.

Start with a trip. Take two weeks and go.

It would be unwise to go without a plan in place for your job in the states and plan for what to do with your current property. Look into whats possible for visas and careers. Research and write shit down and save important info on your computer.

You will always have an upper hand in business in your own country because you know how things are and have social connections. If you can make a realistic plan for building your real estate portfolio over time I would stay in Germany. If you can find a lucrative job in the US then that's good too. It also doesn't have to be a forever choice, but you should have a plan for work/location for at least a year.

Women are not gonna be much different in the states unless you like black chicks. Western women are mostly the same.
