You’ll gain fat even on a deficit from fruit because your liver glycogen can only hold like 50-80g in one day. Muscle glycogen can hold 500-1000g. Anything else will get converted to fat even on defecit

Garbage. If you’re trying to do something extreme go with a protein sparing modified fast aka eat high protein, low carb, moderate fat. This way you preserve muscle optimally. Whereas a fruit only diet would preserve muscle poorly because you’d be getting no protein

Fruitarian diet has never been, is not and will never be a good idea for anybody. I'll just quote Wikipedia for you, so you don't have to think about this garbage any longer.

If you want to kill yourself and have very low T. Just do keto or carnivore. Sugar spikes insulin. Insulin causes you to be fat. Fruit is all sugar. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

Eat protein and veggies and minimize carbs.

I shouldn’t be talking, since I’ve gained a few since it got colder, but this is my main philosophy on eating.
