Although I value a lot the act of being grateful for all the good things we have in life, I recently have realized that it's also important to be grateful for the shit that life throws at you.

I'm 1.70m, the opposite of a "natural" Chad, my upbringing is a bit messed up, fat during the majority of my life, socially awkward until not long ago and the list goes on.

I'll keep it short as a friendly reminder for you guys and myself as well: be grateful that you have it harder than other people, because now you have the opportunity to start your self-improvement journey and will eventually learn a shit ton of stuff that will be useful for other men in a similar situation. You'll learn to enjoy the process of becoming a better man.

Would it be fun to be born with a silver spoon, 1.80m plus, naturally athletic and stuff? For the first 20 years or so, yes. And then what? If you already have everything in life, what's the point? Why would you seek to achieve more? In that case, you wouldn't (probably).

Bottom line, I truly appreciate that I have all this room for growth and improvement. Life is a marathon, it's a constant process of learning and fucking up, that's why it's fun.

I hope you have a great week, that you crush it at your job, improve your lifts, eat decent food and learn something new. Cheers
