I've seen this in the wild.

A few years ago I worked as a Developer at a certain company.
One day a hot East European girl joined the accounts department as a credit controller.
After several months, she was mysteriously promoted to Project Manager in charge of the Software Project that I was working on; and, responsible for a team of 7 or 8 Developers... even though she had no experience in Software Development, and no qualifications in Software Development.
Hot East European girl was caught in a "romantic situation" with the IT Director. Suddenly the entire company knew how and why she got the promotion.
She leaves the company after causing the software project to be massively delayed and unmanaged.

Addendum: both were married.

I recall.....many posts ago, I stated that the average women lacked the moral fiber, work ethic and acumen to truly compete with men in the corporate world. I also wrote about some of my experiences in Corporate American.....how it was OBVIOUS to me how "spreading-the-legs" was the one sure-fire method of advancement for the fairer gender.

The amount of vitriol received on my post was laughable.

They (obviously) use their sexuality as a weapon and a tool to get what they want. THAT'S why MGTOW are dangerous. We can't be manipulated nor controlled.

I recall us going to a casino buffet a few years ago in Las Vegas back when we lived and worked there. We started talking to this 18(?) year old cute waitress who had just started working there about a month earlier. Now one of my friends ordered a glass of cow's milk to wash his dessert down and another of my friends jokingly said "nah, you like bull's milk" at which my first friend spits out his milk and we die laughing. Well, waitress comes back, my second friend asks her jokingly if she liked bull milk, at which she said yes very enthusiastically. And we were all like "bruh!" because we didn't think she was going to get the joke. Of course at the end she did try to hook us up with her single mom friends.

Well, we come back a few months later, we spot waitress. First thing we noticed, she totally ignored us, second thing we noticed was she had this bitchy pout on her face. But the third thing we noticed, she had a different colored shirt which one our first visit we noticed only the managers were wearing. Yep, after only a few months as a rookie, she got promoted to management. Considering she didn't have much skills and that she was too casual with us the first time, the only logical conclusion: she banged one of her supervisors. I guess she took her fill of "bull's milk". And this was around 2004-05 when Vegas was still booming and work was plentiful, so it wasn't as if the buffet couldn't find a competent candidate instead of promoting inexperienced teenagers just because they're hot. Then again, it's Vegas🤷.
