She's an arrogant complainer that does everything behind your back. I know this cause I bugged her computer and know everything she texts to others.

She was against me for professional reasons first, ie, "you don't help me = you are the bad guy = you can't work in teams" sort of deal. My boss, the company owner, would let both her and me be, without any consequences to any of us.

She smeared my name and poisoned the group by trying to ruin my reputation labelling me as a difficult person. She then went off on maternity leave, and things calmed down. When she came back, I decided to let her off the hook and start fresh.

At that point, I met a woman at work and we got together, and this bitch slowly started doing the same shit to her, and a me, once more, WITHOTU A FUCKING REASON. It got to the point where she was scared of me bullying her to she formed a group with 90% of the women in the office just to get people away from my girlfriend and be able to insult me and her without consequences... and people let her.

It's like she complaints and acts like a bitch in private, and the woman she talks to (no matter how decent they are) actually listen to her and encourage her to do this shit by laughing and not telling her to shut up.

I fucking love my job and fucking hate that someone like this is constantly putting people against me or those close to me without a reason. Unless I run to help her and give her the solution to problems all the time, she does this.

During June this year, she went as far as sneaking into the office during a company meeting among project managers just to have the chance to mention that me and my girlfriend have been travelling a lot, to tell them where we were going for the holidays, and to mock us. That's the only reason she did it. And when I jokingly mentioned that I knew she was in the office (it was supposed to be a secret lol, so I said "btw, say hi to Jane in the office"), she told another woman "look at what he wrote... does he seem normal to you???"

How can I put an end to this shit? Do I need to find a way to get her fired?

edit: and before someone says "just let her be, she's jealous", I did exactly that, and the moment my girlfriend had an issue with her superior, this bitch started ratting on her and lying about her professional behavior like crazy just to get her in trouble.

Needless to say, her exact words, in private, when ratting on my gf, were: "well, Jake (me) was a shit to me in the past, so I'm justified in doing this".
