Hypothetical situation here.

Say you used to be a low SMV guy (didn't lift, lacked confidence, etc.) and as a result, certain people (usually more alpha males and other females) ridiculed you for it. They had their own events and parties which you were not invited to. Some of them openly made fun of you and put you through embarrassing situations. You saw the worst of them, you could even say you were bullied by them.

After quite some time, say two years down the road, you improved your SMV to the point that you went from being beta to being an alpha male. Now you have it all together but there is an issue. The people that ridiculed you, they are right there as well. Many of them ended up in the same college as you and they remained popular as well. The guys got hot girls and many quality guy friends while the girls remained hot and popular. Many of these people also ended up becoming successful in life as well.

Now inside of you, there is that grudge that is still there. You have to associate with these people who to some extent might be nice to you but you realize that they are some fucked up human beings. You also can't seem to completely get over the fact that they did give a tough time.

What is the best way to deal with the situation both on the outside and inside (the grudge you have)?

Do you just let go and act like nothing happened?
