Started a new job like 2 months ago. Im still pretty new and learning things,meaning i cant do a lot of thing on my own and people need to help me and teach me. So there is one guy that works there for like 8 years and he always makes fun of me. Its nothing serious really but its just annoying as fuck and i hate it. For example he would imply how i can't do this or that,he says if they let me alone to do something for an hour i would start crying or some shit like that,i don't know anything and im useless even tho im fairly new and still have to learn a lot of things about the job. I know that it probably is just like friendly banter but really dislike it cuz it makes me feel like shit,but i can't say anything to him because i am new and don't know shit at this current job. What are my options if i have any?
