Is there a problem in society where women for some time have decided they will not say what man wants to hear (stereotype 50s housewife "honey dinner's ready! and your scotch is there!"), instead just saying whatever they want, and now men are in a position since Everybody Loves Raymond, Ross from Friends, The husband from Modern Family, and so on where now men are the 50s housewife, saying what women want to hear, or better yet not hear...

A lot of nodding and agreeing, a lot of appealing to emotions, a lot of hearing out bullshit, a lot of acting like you aren't bored of the conversation.

I think I know what women want to hear and I feel like over time what they want to hear has gotten stricter before they could easily ghost and move on...

Maybe a lot of this entire debate on the RP, MGTOW, etc... side is guys being tired of saying what women want to hear on an anonymous forum where they can't get in trouble (loss of jobs etc), for not wanting to say what women want to hear.
