Just feel like such a dumbass. I setup hanging out with this girl on Thursday. She said she was free Saturday night I say cool. Saturday night comes around I text her at 8:30 if we’re still hanging out. She says yes. I say cool, what time do you want to meet at X place? She says she’s almost finished studying and will be done soon. I say ok. She says can she let me know when she’s done and ends with a “promise I’ll hurry!” This is at 10:00. At around 9p girl 2 texted me asking to hangout. After girl 1 confirmed we’d hangout I told girl 2 sorry can’t tonight.

Hours pass and I text girl 1 at 12:30 am. Never got a response.

This shit just infuriates me. I just wish she had enough common decency to let me know we wouldn’t be hanging out. I had backup plans that I canceled on because this girl confirmed she’d let me know soon. She didn’t give me a set time but she sounded promising. I gave girl 1 the benefit of the doubt.

I have an urge to text her and let her know I’m upset at what she did. In relationships I have this need of always feeling the need to be understood and heard when I’m upset. It’s hard for me to walk away.

Just pisses me tf off that a girl can setup plans with me, I get ready and wait for her just for her to not respond at all. Canceled on my backup plan for her. Like what in the holy fuck kind of fucked up shit is that?

For full disclosure I met these girls off of OLD. It hasn’t really hit my self esteem/ego much when a girl flakes if we haven’t met yet, I haven’t met girl 1 yet but I hung out with girl 2 once. My self esteem isn’t 100% destroyed from OLD because when a girl actually follows through she usually wants to see me again.
