Use the search feature this has been addressed many times.
Mods & GLO think JBP is a fraudulent retarded, and some of the criticisms are valid.
But I, as a heavily adopted of TRP & JBP’s values/philosophies etc, can say that there is a lot of good to be gained—especially if you do not have your shit together. I think JBP and his Future Authoring Program is tactically practical and seriously a retard proof way of goal setting anyone can use with great results. Personally, I am a fan of his work.

He’s awesome. He got lucky and married his oneitis. This rarely works out in real life. But he was able to maintain that because of all trp concepts. He’s exceptional at what he does. Social proof. Frame. He’s a verbal assassin. Etc. Aside from his BP way of being (which again, worked out Well for him), I’d say anyone that comes across his stuff in their younger years, are lucky.

Yeah but mainly the oneitis. But again, it worked out well for him BECAUSE of rp concepts. He’s competitive. Has a backbone. Is good at what he does. Social proof. Surrounded by younger women at work. The list goes on. But when his wife got sick, he crumbled. Which usually happens to us when our oneitis leaves us. Men are the romantic gender. Not women.

Benzodiazepine addiction. Not his fault. He took them as prescribed by his doctor. For anxiety when his wife was battling cancer. I was also prescribed this shit when my oneitis left. I was an anxious wreck. That’s what red pilled me. Luckily I noticed how bad it was and weened myself off. Surprised how much these things are prescribed. Horrible nasty shit.

I agree. I don’t think any less of him. I don’t think he’s a fuck up. I think this is GOOD. I think he’s LUCKY. I have the utmost respect for that man. And I wish I would’ve come across his teachings earlier in life. Don’t mistake what I’m saying for something negative. But in the context of the things we here have learned, he’s BP, and he has oneitis. Did it work for him? Sure. It did. At one point it almost worked for me. But then how many of us has it destroyed? A lot of us.

Look at what his spiel is.
He’s all about “men must take responsibility”.
“It’s up to men to be responsible and marry” (even if marriage is becoming shittier and shittier).
He wants men to sacrifice themselves for something/someone else. This inherently is a beta blue pilled strategy.
A red pilled strategy believes the opposite. It puts your well-being at the forefront not in the backseat.

He has value for sure. He is a great psychologist and sociologist.
But ultimately he still has some things he needs to fix, evident by his recent breakdown. Does that make him less of a man? No, especially since it was more physiological due to the medicine than psychological.
He is human like the rest of us. He is definitely smart and not a sheep
