Because they're working instead of raising kids. They're starting out their days unhappy (waking up for work) spend all day unhappy (working) coming home unhappy (traffic) and then supposed to be sexual (when all their sexuality for themselves is mental). They're also getting bombarded with advertisement to make them unhappy on top of feminism and their garbage single friends. Women through voting and money spending have made an economy on their unhappiness.

I'm speculating a bit, but I think this is another consequence of hypergamy.

A man who is average in terms of desirability can be attracted to a woman who is average in terms of desirability. However a woman who is average in terms of desirability will generally find an average man to be unappealing and undesirable.

Women are better suited than men to having 1 long-term partner, but only if that long-term partner is highly desirable.

Or, to put it another way, in a long-term monogamous relationship, it's typical for the man to be highly attracted to the woman at first and then for his attraction to fade. Whereas the woman starts out having little or no attraction for the man and fading from THAT starting point.

This is a common pattern you'll see many times when you read enough forums like this. The wife acknowledges the husband is a decent man, yet she's feeling attracted to other men, and she can't stand her husband touching her. She feels guilty about this, but can't help it. Many others have noticed this pattern too (e.g. the 2005 book Women’s Infidelity: Living In Limbo). Some of these sources theorize this is a biological process. Women are programmed to "fall out of love" with men.
