I see mine on Wednesdays and most weekends. She lives 45 minutes away. 1.5 years into it and it's not stale yet. You need to stay in shape, have abundance mentality, have hobbies, a social life, etc... We text daily, but I keep it to a minimum. We never talk on the phone. She needs to see you have a life outside of your relationship. You need to figure out to make her see that you don't need her while giving her some comfort now and then. It's a balance of comfort, dread, fucking her real good, and maintaining high value (or at least the illusion of it aka fake it till you make it).

You can tell you've reached too much comfort in a relationship when the frequency and or intensity of the sex dries up.

You just have to keep your mission, life, and gym as the focus. As long as you are prioritizing your life and goals then you can see her often as long as she feels like she's not your focus.

I have a pretty hot LTR of nearing 4 years, and I'd say things are about as good as they could be. I'm able to fuck other girls and she doesn't care (but I haven't in a while--been too busy to game), she cooks, is submissive, we fuck 5x per week, have done threesomes, she has no social media, etc... no unicorn, but she's pretty high quality.
