Trp folks are sending mixed signals hard. From reading the side bar on LTRs I was led to believe that stating your boundaries to the woman was something to be done.

I dont really agree with the rest of the comments here ... If the boyfriend knows you, that you are pursuing, or if you're an ex, I don't think there's anything wrong with telling her to cut that shit out. Sometimes LTRs begin with this rule (not communicating with other thirsty men) implied, but the women are gonna hamster their way into breaking it with the mentality of 'well he never told me I couldn't talk to Chad/ hang out with Chad/ woops it just happened that his dick fell in my mouth". You allow her to continue bad behavior and it WILL escalate.

Women want to be controlled. Even if talking to men outside the relationship is a pretty big red flag and in nearly all cases disqualifies from LTR, I see nothing beta about telling her "you are mine". If anything it's an easy way to gauge her commitment. Set the boundary, and if she doesn't abide, next. I don't really see how ignoring her and acting like it's no big deal are gonna help the situation in any way... what self respecting man would not care? She'd prolly just think you're a fucking dumbass (or a genuine cuck) if you knowingly allow her to do it tbh

it means they sense you're higher in SMV/attraction than they are.

if you're her ex. that's different. but it sounds like they're threatened by you/she's mentioned you randomly to him.

so parting message for her: "hit me up when your decide to ignore your BF telling you who you can and cannot talk to". it will eat at her, it insults her modern-woman self image, and when she has a fight and is pissed at him, she'll come calling and that's your time to assume attraction, isolate, and escalate - assuming she's attractive.
