How do you genuinely not judge girls?

Like I'm a pretty non judgmental guy In general, mainly because I'm no saint myself and because I learned that people will do whatever they want with or without telling me so I'd rather know. With that being said I still have morals I guess, some things are wrong regardless of open mindedness.

However sometimes a plate trusts me and tells me things that I just dont agree with. Like intentionally leading on other guys, or seeking comfort with other people just not to feel empty and then probably just ghosting them all the while consciously knowing that shes doing this.

I feel like I should call her out on her shit, but well it's not happening to me right now ( I guess) so I change the subject.

However I harbor distrust and resentment. Simply because for all I know, today X person is being played tomorrow it's me. It's a mixture of distrust and fear.

In a way, getting her to be comfortable enough to open up becomes a crossroad between me calling her out or sticking it up and having those feelings.

So what to do?

(Before the whole " shes a plate you shouldn't care, lift 24/7 and make seven billion by tomorrow." Men have feelings too and form attachments and that's cool, we just have to understand them and control them so please save me the misunderstood alpha Male stereotype)
