Tinder is experiencing a surge in usage right now, with nobody actually able to meet up. Going on Tinder is now ENTIRELY about female validation.

Spend this time focusing ENTIRELY on yourself, so you come out of this with a higher smv, rather than a shit load of useless 'text game' experience.

I had weeks where I got no matches, now I get 4 a day min. Some get more, but thats a lot more than I used to get. Heres my tips/feedback in order of importance:

Your pics probably are mediocre. First few weeks give you a boost, but if your pics are mediocre, you will stop getting shown. I had good pictures, but not great, and barely got a match a week. I took better ones outside, few a week. Took excellent pics, now I get a ton of matches. Girls use makeup and fake angles all the time, now I'm not saying I don't look like my pics, but its the best possible angle of me with the best possible lighting.
you gotta use it frequently, essentially daily to start getting shown to girls a lot. They want active connections and users, especally guys.
Have a good amount of conversations with girls on tinder. You don't want 90% of your messages to go unread - you want tinder to see that you can keep entertaining conversations
Swipe right 50-80% of the time. They want connections, not mr picky.

Yes, they make your profile appear at the top, when its a new account. Check out the tinder sub, people talk about it.

Another shit they do is if you get gold, you dont get many likes, that you can see and as soon as the gold expires, suddenly, you have 20 people who like you, but to see them you need to have gold hahha.

Also, a lot of those profiles are fake that are blurred and say they like you, people pay and find out 8 profiles with same pics but different names,lol.

All these bullshit tricks just to get people to pay.

You need to remember, tinder is a company and as all companies, they care about profits,nothing else. They don't give a shit about your romantic/sex life, just about their own pockets.

Anyone who hates on tinder is just ugly. It's perfectly simple.

Anyone with good photos will fuck for days. Anyone who isn't getting laid easily on tinder has ugly photos. Anyone downvoting or disagreeing is in denial of their level of physical attractiveness.

I've been on the app for over 6 years and have been honing my craft for that entire time. I see the difference a new better photo has.

Only thing to add is that the past 12 months tinder has been changing things slightly so matches will dwindle off to encourage you to use the boost feature. The boost feature is about $7? dollars. I've only used it once out of curiousity and I got about 20 matches in 30 min. All active, all hot, all wanting to meet up.

I've had the app for good 6 years, only ever linked 3 girls off it. I know of people whom it works for but 80% of guys I know myself included its just whack for. I find a lot of the accounts are either fake or are literally escorts too

Everybody here has all these hot takes on Tinder but it just is what it is. I do not spend a bunch of time or invest anything in it but overall I’ve probably met up with around 25 women and slept with about 20. Currently have 2 plates I met on tinder last August who will come fuck me at the drop of a hat. I’ve also had a couple nice ONS travelling using Tinder

The odds are not great on who actually will meet up but once you do meet up the odds are very high that you can hook up... a lot of girls use it for validation which is why I keep it simple, literally if i’m interested I just say “hey” maybe throw in an emoji, 3-4 messages and then invite them to my place and they either come over or don’t and I move on. I almost never go out on a “tinder date”

Tinder's effectiveness depends on your local culture and SMP.

Are you in America? If so, most of the advice already posted in this thread makes sense. If you're anywhere else, it's not as clear cut. Tinder in America is different from Tinder in Europe which is different from South America which is different from Southeast Asia and so on.

Best way to find out is talking to your IRL bros who use it.

Used to be great, turned into validation machine for women, it's pay to win now. Took a while to hone my profile but filters the time wasters out. Right now it's entirely about female validation as all of them are too scared to do anything but post and watch Netflix. You need to delete your profile every week.
