Stop comparing yourself to other people.

It's like a dude with no legs comparing himself with a dude who's got them legs. There aint no match.

With that being said - stop worrying about what women would think. This is about you feeling like you the shit, not "what would this women say or that one".

The more doubt you have and the more self aware you are - the more you will fail not because you are a virgin but because your bullshit has gone to your head to the point where you are physically scared or whatever.

That can put people in general off. Get outta yo head.

I went from being an adult virgin to a 7 body count in 6 months. One big thing for me was exactly what you are saying; you can't be fake.

This doesn't mean don't change, that you have to restrict yourself to be true to some "identity". This means don't try to espouse the behaviors and personality of a character whom you know nothing about.

We all play a character. We know how he responds in most situations, his common semantic tools, his emotive gestures. When trying to play a different character (one that is actually fun so they can connect with women and fuck), men often try to change everything at once. New semantic toolbox, new emotive gestures, new body language, new everything. There is a limit, however, to our ability to juggle new traits while still being present in the moment. If you bite off too much, you will be totally disconnected from the interaction and come off as autistic.

The trick is to slowly and gradually adopt new traits. Start with a character you know how to play (what we call "yourself"), but maybe hold eye contact a little longer for a few approaches. Once you're comfortable and familiar with holding eye contact, incorporate pauses into your speech. Next a specific semantic format of teasing (for example "you look like a [location] girl"). In this way you're never juggling too much new behavior. It's just enough that you make progress, but not too much that you're not connecting with the girl.

Over time and many approaches, your personality will change. You will learn all the new intricacies of this new character and be able to play him without effort. This is how one develops game. As far as picking which traits to incorporate, this is what redpill theory is for. It guides us in constructing a new character.

Between your comments and post it seems like you haven't fully absorbed everything that is trying to be taught here.

First of all 30 isn't even that old. If you take care of your body you're just hitting your prime as a man.

Second, you sound like you're in your head too much. You come from a long line of people who have had sex. It's literally in your blood. Don't over think this.

Third, I know having that "V-card" is like carrying a bodybag of shame around, but honestly it shouldn't be that way. You're no different before and after.

You mentioned somewhere that you don't know how to naturally proceed to sex. Grab your chef's hat and let's make some sauce. This recipe is general and open-ended, so feel free to remix it with your own ingredients:

First you have to get a woman to meet up with you. You mention that online dating isn't going so well? First and foremost you got to max out what you're working with. Online dating is a purely visual thing. Easy quick wins are to get a nice haircut, stand up straight, make eye contact and smile, medium wins are taking care of your teeth (braces, whitening, whatever you need), fix any skincare issues you have like dry skin, oily skin or acne). Long term wins are taking care of your body by hitting the gym (You have been hitting the gym right?) But better yet instead of online, talk to women in person. At the bookstore, coffeeshop, checkout line, bus stop, wherever.
Next up make plans! At some point online or in-person you'll be chatting it up with someone, so segway into making plans to meet up for something casual and easy. Don't feel like you have to be extravagant here, drinks at a bar works for most.
Have at most two drinks, maaaaybe 3 if you drink em fast.Maybe some bar snacks too. Don't get drunk or aim to get her drunk so you can "trick" her into sex. That's the worst path to take and could land you in trobule. Basically you're gonna share some light conversation over drinks, crack a few jokes, tease her a little.
After your 1 -3 drinks, start closing out the date with something like "let's get out of here" or "I live around the block, let me show you that blah blah blah, I was talking about earlier".
At this point if she's agreed to come back with you she's generally DTF. You just got to not trip over your own dick. Breathe. Have her over, make her welcome, offer her coffee, water, whatever. Keep the conversation going.
At some point, kiss her. (hopefully you've been physically escalating and read the side bar about escalating?). So many ways to go in for the kiss: just do it, find your way there. Remember, she's already at your place, she's an adult, you're an adult in a private space after a date. She just won't make the first move, she is expecting you to lead the interaction. So again, at some point kiss her.
Once you're kissing her, you're in the home stretch.
