Agree about the importance of this comment. The saddest thing is we may never know what we have lost because of diversity hiring. Today's world is so complex that genius's will require major infrastructure to excel. Giving these opportunities to someone based on their gender or race is fundamentally wrong. I have no issue with providing the tools for success to everyone but denying opportunity for a person because they aren't in a specific demographic is one of the stupidest things western society does. There are very few true geniuses in this world and losing even one of them could change the course of world history yet here we are more concerned about feels than the progress of the human race.
