It really depends. It will leave emotional scars regardless, but if the abortion was due to legitimate medical issues or rape, they still have the potential to be a good partner. However, if they had the abortion because they didn't want the responsibility or didn't want to make enough to support the child, then no. They will almost certainly make poor partners.

Brah, that's just women. She refused to help around the house because she's been told since birth that she's a special little snowflake and that doing anything for a man is beneath her. Exhibit 1 - she thought she was so valuable, even though she contributed nothing, that she could whine and get you to change her tune (probably not the first time she's tried that on a guy, and it probably usually worked in her favor, if not always). The one thing the abortion thing might signify is a dissociation between her actions and consequences, to the point that she thinks she can do what she want (i.e. tell you off) and smooth it over later (beg for you back).
