Girls that age have no judgement, this kind of behavior can be expected. Either as a dare from her friends or as an impulse reaction because she found him 'so hawttt!!'

For all the guys out there saying whats the problem. The problem is she's child. As a human being you generally don't want to hurt a kid.

From practical perspective that girl has protections legal and informal you cannot even dream of. Even his status as a player would not protect him. The higher her status in society the stronger those protections become. Consequences to you could range from a very expensive legal action, loss of employment, expulsion from school, jail, a possible beat down from white knights or her family depending on the culture (if they are powerful enough).

From personal experience it IS NOT fun or flattering to have a High School girl try to "holler at" to get your attention, swoon, grab you ass or hit on you as an adult. What the hell do you do? Anything you do is wrong. You certainly cannot take her up on her offer. Reject her too overtly, who knows how she will react and what bullshit drama she will cause. On a military post or small town that was/is a big deal BTW. In the social media age it can cost you even if you are not on social media. Social media has turned even big mega cities into small towns and not in a good way.

The first time it happened to me at the PX on post, my brain went WTF? Then flight mode kicked in. It scared me that shitless I ran like a little bitch. One thot was 16-17 and the other was 14-15 at the time of the encounters. I was just running my errands when they took a liking to me for some reason.

I learned that it was better to simply ignore them, pretend I, didn't hear or see her or she was trying to get someone else's attention. Then I finish my business and immediately leave the area.

Being an Air Force veteran, I can relate. I do have one of a series of anecdotes. I was working as a crew chief for C-130s. One day I was sitting at the flight deck of one of our planes and was looking over the documentation. Out of nowhere this retired colonel shows up with his high school Air Force ROTC flight. It was unexpected so I ended up doing an impromptu tour of the flight deck. The males were attentive to the plane itself. The females thought, done were more attentive to me. And it was getting uncomfortable to the point when they were leaving they were flashing smiles at me and a couple actually winked at me. And even though no one from my unit was there with me, somehow they knew (probably the females talking about me within earshot) because these fuckers were teasing me with "Chester, Chester, chid molester!". Which now I can laugh about it, but seriously.

And also, I was stationed in Tucson, and I discovered that that's a city with loose morals, what with among other things, the University of Arizona is a notorious party school, and it rubs off on the teens. One thing that Tucson had in plenty as soon as hot weather hit was bikini car washes. Once I actually approached one thinking it was college coeds when OMG! IT'S HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS! WTF! I promptly got the fuck outta there. Now clearly I was doing nothing illegal because they were letting high school girls in bikinis wash cars, and it looked like no adults were looking after them. But because being military I stand out, I definitely didn't want to get in trouble, plus OSI (the Air Force equivalent of NCIS) was probably doing the rounds.

And as I stated before here, treating then like children has gotten them to the point they don't care. And I suspect they're more smart and self conscious than we give them credit for. While we see them as innocent waifs that do no harm as it's us men that are the dirty ones, deep in they know that they can try to seduce an older guy and if it hits the fan, BOOM! They accuse him of sex with a minor. I would say yet another reason men shouldn't be messing with minors, because clearly no one is telling these girls not to mess with older men.

Yup this shit is not cute or funny, especially for enlisted personnel. The UCMJ is no joke and the legal system around military towns hates your ass worse than the your command does. Townie LEOs are looking for an excuse to fuck with you, espeically around Army bases. Just talking to townie female can land you in deep shit if you are not careful, let alone if she is under 18.

You are right about no one telling these girls not fuck with older guys either. These girls end up in over their heads and flirting with older guys is no longer cute or safe. Predators don't care. She could end up dead.

Guys who are descent human beings or at least care about consequences will avoid the under aged girls and minimize any contact.

From our perspective it's all to easy to get rolled up if god forbid something happens to the girl. The more more likely scenario is she gets caught fooling around by mom and dad then she starts giving up names and descriptions including ours. Even if all we did was be at the wrong place at the wrong time and talked to the wrong person.
