I can say, the only two types of women in their 30s that I've seen that have healthy babies are either women that started having babies in their 20s (and this especially noticeable on the older generation) or celebrities such as Carrie Underwood who have a combo of either good genes, good habits and especially plenty of money to afford fertility treatments.
