I agree and forgot as I see it more rarely. I know too much about macronutrients, nutrient timing and physiology to see a vegan as someone healthy. Humans are omnivores and were not meant to be vegan, I believe they have a shit amount of lean mass with such little protein intake that just results in a frail weak person

The vast majority of vegans are women - and do it to virtue signal and get attention IMO. There are no scientific studies that prove this lifestyle leads to a longer life and it has never been practiced in human history. In fact there is plenty of evidence that it is harmful to long term health and you are missing out on key nutrients and vitamins. You can rebrand it plant based to try and get the vegan stink off it and produce propaganda docs like Game Changers to convince the foolish and weak minded. It is all about making money. Yeah I am in HS and took a nutrition class with 3 university credits. Being a vegan is the same as eating fast food, though maybe a smidge better. We evolved not as cows so being a vegan is very unhealthy.... You don’t get most essential amino acids and molecules which are only found in animals so they kinda are ducked. Plus it must taste terrible...

To anyone coming into this late, don't listen to Copy, he clearly has no fucking idea about nutrition or human health in general if he advocates even slightly for veganism. Literally all vegans are liars, believe very obviously false information, and are less intelligent because of long-term poor nutrition.
As a 17 year professional at the top of the fitness industry, I've owned 11 multi-million $$ gyms to date and produced countless fitness goal accomplishments with my clients. There is NO respectable human health professional with any actual accomplishments under their belts (delivering real results to clients and then KEEPING those results long-term) that advocates for long term veganism especially for men.
Short term for very overweight clients? Sure. Every diet has a temporary purpose and place but a balanced general one will always be the recommended go-to for most of the time.
Every vegan that looks even remotely healthy uses steroids like nobody's business. No exceptions.
Women try to use veganism to emasculate men who aren't smart enough to know how human bodies function. Medical science isn't up for debate and opinions that don't line up with that which has led us to literal brain surgery are inferior to proper body scientists like me.
Its a perfect tool for them philosophically to use since feminism itself is all based on lies and perpetrating the myth that its "the truth being covered up by patriarchy". They're basically the same thing.

Vegetarianism is great. I actually eat fully vegetarian probably 2/3rds of the year.
Full-time Vegetarians have none of the problems that full-time vegans do.
Vegetarian is where the line of sensibility is. Vegan is past that line unless you REALLY have to cut weight and fat badly and also intend to get back off of the full vegan diet as soon as you've cut enough pounds off because its just not meant to be a permanent thing.

I saw Joker's analysis of this article just the other day. The whole title is clickbait; there's very little in there about "men who won't date 'woke' women," and a whole lot about "neo-nazism facilitated by the manosphere" and other pet theories of the author.
