Yeah, it sucks. Just know she never really loved you the way you loved her. Women aren't capable of it! She may have "loved you" during the honeymoon phase, but that was just her dopamine response.

It's tough man. Many of us have been there. My best advice is to go no contact. Seriously, summon all of your strength and willpower, and do not talk to her at all. No contact! If she contacts you, no matter what she says, ignore it! Move forward as best you can. Channel the anger and pain towards something productive like weight lifting. While the pain will linger for an indeterminate amount of time, you will eventually reach a point where you are happy she is gone.

I know, because I have gone through it.
