I've served on a jury with a person accused of rape and so yes I must say that I would protect my son UNLESS a child was involved.

My jury case was consensual sex but at some point she told him to stop. The jury had to determine if his response was too long. He young lady said they were getting it on, she told him to stop, but he took THREE seconds to stop and therefore it was rape.

I'm not exaggerating not one bit. I couldn't believe the case was prosecuted.
