I changed to black coffee years ago. Great way to cut some sugar out of your daily diet. The key is to drink a premium roast or even a flavored coffee. Sugar is poison. I still eat too much of the shit but at least it's not in my coffee anymore.

There's some great-tasting, unsweetened coffee out there; I just need the caffeine content to be high enough before I put in my eight hours. Before, it was Rockstar, Monster, and Red Bull--not anymore.

My view on sugar/sweets is to make it count. If you're out to eat, by all means enjoy a creme brulee. But sugar in your coffee everyday for a mild endorphin rush? Bad move.

I'll drink one cup with creamer of choice and sugar. A couple of cups with nothing. Good way not to consume too much sugar

I've always had coffee this way. That starbucks shit is horrible and not for people who actually enjoy coffee for what it is. Oddly, I actually didn't care for coffee until I gave espresso a try.
