So my girlfriend that I really love goes wack when I bring certian things to her attention when my intention is to help make her more aware of why things happen.

She is often complaining to me whenever guys come and give her random attention and she says it's weird and makes her uncomfortable and says she doesn't know why and even has asked me why it happens...

Then when I notice that she's looking very sexy and good to go to school, as in she's doing make-up and taking the time doing hair to get ready. I say because I'm noticing how sexy she looks, that "the guys are probably giving you attention because you look sexy as fuck" (and she does look sexy AF, it's a compliment!)

This is where she completely shuts down and gets pissed off at me. Now I think it's funny and laugh only worsening the situation. But like what the literal fuck is going through her mind?!

Then she blocks me on some social messaging app and leaves our private couple group chat which made me feel weird, like does she just suddenly not care?

This is like too fucking much, I love the girl to pieces but I cannot deal with this type of drama. I feel bad if she is actually feeling bad about what I said but I'm not going to beat around the bush and not tell my partner how I feel and my take. Especially if she complains about random guys hitting on her, I'd like her to know why in part it may be happening so she can atleast be aware of it. I'm not actually telling her to do anything differently, I just want her to know she's beautiful and looks even more sexy with make-up and hair and what to expect from random guys when she looks this way.

I don't hate it if she does that stuff to look good because I certainly appreciate it! And also I personally don't care what she does with her time and her efforts to look sexier. I just want her to know why things in life and situations manifest for her.

Am I the asshole here for saying anything to her about it?

Should I just stop caring to help her improve her life and make it more efficient and discontinue trying to help her understand why random guys come and give her that attention that she tells me annoys her?

I don't think she understands me here at all, but maybe someone has some insight for me or advice here. I really needed to vent because it's frustrating for me, I truly love this girl.
