Did anyone get any recognition or just a thoughtful considerate msg from a fellow female human being? I never did. Yet during international women's day I was very considerate and thoughtful of the women I know and who are or were apart of my life. I guess I just don't matter.

Important lesson for men on Men’s Day: Always work on seeking validation ALWAYS and ONLY from yourself. Never anyone else, especially women. In our post “free love” society, men have been trained to seek validation from women, always looking to them for praise.

We need to stop giving a shit what they think. We think and do things ONLY on our terms. That’s the foundation for going your own way.

Big ups my brothers! I hope you all have a good day! Also this day is big for spreading awareness about speaking up for men’s problems and mental health. Just last year in the UK 75% of suicides were from men. That makes it the greatest killer of men under 45. For those in the UK, seeking help or just someone to talk to, seek out samaritans, MIND or even as little as someone you trust to speak to, don’t be alone when you’re at your worst people do care for you! As those outside of the UK the same goes for you lot, I don’t know much about the services but seek them out!
