I'm not from USA but i've found it in USA Constitution:

Article XIV (Amendment 14 - Rights Guaranteed: Privileges and Immunities of Citizenship, Due Process, and Equal Protection)

.... nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Soooo....how come this law passed as it's clearly against the contitution which i assume is above all state laws?

This is why I no longer have sympathy for men that get screwed over by women in a divorce. All the evidence is out there of how rigged the system is in women’s favor. You don’t even have to look very hard to find the evidence.
