What's the best play to deal with typical comments from your friend's SO's when you're hanging out with them?

I'll give some examples (both from the same person, 2 weekends in a row):

"Are you dating someone right now?"

and another with sparse context:

"well a woman in her 30's will want a man to have more" (meaning full apartment, I live in a studio on preference)

Totally reasonable/safe sounding comments, but as MGTOW my internal reaction is "no I'm not fucking dating someone tyvm", and "if a woman wants more then she should bring her share to the table, especially if she's past the fucking wall"

Basically: how do I not shout out that I'm MGTOW and don't give a shit, but also give off the vibe to leave me alone about it (and just let me drink beer and watch sports with my friend in peace)
