Nah, im fine mentally. Ive come to this conclusion after years of introspection, research, discipline, and soul searching. Its not healthy to not feel regret when you are using your hand to self stimulate a reproductive organ purely out of hedonism, thereby habitually destroying your brain via prolactin, deltafosb buildup, desensitization, sensitization, etc. People often masturbate/porn to compensate, due to boredom or insecurity. We are absolutely overstimulating ourselves. Do you not see how people are addicted to everything and things are slowly becoming more dull? That is over stimulation. You are just justifying the gravy train of feel good neurochemicals. We "can" ejaculate a lot. Doesnt mean we should. The fact that we produce a lot of sperm for women does -not- mean that we should wreck our brains and waste resources to produce it using our own hands.?? "If you fap it out every couple of days- you're NOT doing yourself any harm." citation please. Just because you think you are doing fine does not in fact mean you are doing fine. Many addicts and sociopaths and etc think their actions are justified. In fact, almost all humans employ faulty reasoning to justify their own behavior. Go ahead and subvert and waste your biological imperative. Im going to go ahead and not waste the amazing capacity of my body and instead use the imperative to my advantage.

Both of which are only partially true -- yet also partially false -- statements. (Keep in mind that most "no-fappers" are incel types {i.e. never kissed, never been on a date, never actually done anything really*), majority are VERY young & have trivial {if any} actual real life experience {neither school nor playing vidya games in the 'rents basement actually count as real life}, and then add in that a huge chunk of them are also both sedentary and "vegan"... and often literal "addicts" to pr0n & masturbation as well.)

* Again going to school & playing vidya games is not really "doing" anything in real life/real world terms. They are entirely "artificial" environments. (That isn't me "ripping on" or "blaming" video games -- as an occasional entertainment, they're fine -- but they're like cookies & candy, not something to make into a steady diet. much less the ONLY thing you consume.)

Your comprehension of what "monks say" is entirely FALSE.

If you think monks (or "monk mode" or in fact MGTOW) are about "no ... nothing" (no ANYthing) then, well basically you don't know your arse from a hole in the ground.

Whether you realize or acknowledge it or not, THAT "view" is still STUCK in a kind of "pussy worship" mode; it is still have a very gynocentric wethanschauung (worldview -- basically "blue pill life script"); still believing that (somehow) one must obtain "validation" from others (which of course includes women), and vainly seeking self-esteem via that.

The CHIEF reason a lot of young guys these days have so little (or frankly almost no) self-esteem -- the reason they are so OBSESSED over sex/pr0n, and masturbating (to the point of it becoming a MASSIVE "addiction" problem, and then seeking to "fix" it by not masturbating, not viewing pr0n, etc) -- is that, to be blunt, they've never DONE anything with their life.

They're bored off (while sitting on) their arses -- sitting in a very artificial world, the experience of the "real world" is minimal and has very likely been mainly through a "screen" intermediary (TV, phone, phabet, tablet, laptop, computer screen, whatever).

Even when it comes to "exercise" the most common conceptual idea of that is wholly artificial -- it's something they see as being obtained by "working out" in a "gym"; with "machines" of one type or another (and yes even a bench with free-weights is a "machine") -- the idea that actual exercise, building up of the body is NOT supposed to happen that way, but naturally via performing real-world tasks/even "work"... is just beyond their range of experience (they may be able to "intellectually" accept the possibility, yet not fully "grasp" or conceptualize how it would actually be).

Because of that -- the nearly complete LACK of any actual real world achievements/accomplishments -- there is no independent self-esteem/self-confidence... and thus no conception of any actual "purpose" in life (outside the "validation" of one's existence from women).

Ok I know nofap is about no fapping so behavior of that person change and that person can find a girlfriend. Its blue pilled. Its seeking external validation. Its seeking validation from women.

Bingo... the part in bold above is what makes it "seeking validation from women" (and also doubtless they are hoping for "social status" improvements as well, both from GETTING that validation, as well as from what they fantasize as a "super power enhancement of their self-confidence/self-esteem" {which the ABSENCE of they -- fallaciously* -- attribute almost solely to their failure to succeed in the "sex/mating game"}).

* Basically they have it bass-ackwards in terms of cause & effect -- they're certain that "if they could just get a girlfriend" then magically their other many-fold problems in life would disappear.

True, but unless you literally go full "castration" (either physical or chemical -- that is either chopping the nuts off & becoming a "eunuch" or else using some anti-androgen compounds to effectively achieve the same thing in terms of hormones -- BTW both of which have rather massive detrimental side effects)... then that's really not possible.

That is -- even if you cease any/all voluntary (conscious) sexual activity -- then you're still going to end up involuntary stuff: with "morning wood" and "wet dreams" (which WILL be "pornographic" in some form or another; using whatever "imagery" the subconscious brain has on hand, and your conscious mind doesn't get squat shit to say about what gets picked, OTHER than via what imagery it "sees" and "stores.")

The sexual functions of the human body (male and female) are natural biological ones -- in some senses post-puberty male orgasm is no different than breathing & sleeping, or than urination or defecation (which is why I think the /r/NoPoop is a brilliant satire on /r/NoFap) -- one way or another your body WILL execute it's functions... you can try to hold your breath, or forcibly stay awake, compress your bladder, or squeeze your cheeks & anus shut, but sooner or later you're going to breathe, fall asleep, piss & shit (and the latter likely in your sleep, in your bed, or wherever it is you are when you fall asleep). Same thing with "clearing the pipes" in terms of male orgasm.

I must agree that organsm is a natural thing to post puberty human. But now question pops up in my head - how many orgasms? As much as possible? That definitely will lead to some psychic disorders. Maybe leaving it to subconscious regulate it via morning wood, or dream when you sleep is a reasonable thing to do.

You know, you dont regulate when to poop either. If you need to poop your organism is saying it to you, and all you can do is delay it a bit in time.

I didnt hear about no-poop satire before, its great way to explain no fap delusuion.

Other thing that pops up in my head is: relationship are natural too, but this natural relationships have its order, its hierarchy, its responsibilities. Todays relationships no longer have this things involved thats why mgtow is a thing.

It is, but and if you do, you WILL find that (generally speaking) even leaving it to the subconscious will be variable in frequency and intensity depending on your libido level -- varies according to age, diet, work or exercise, even seasons of the year.

And so likewise there is no single answer relative to engaging in moderate masturbation -- again it is akin to defecation & urination -- if you respond according to an actual strong "urges" (rather than making an addictive "forced/scheduled" habit out of it) you'll likely be fine.

The problems tend to occur when things in your life are out of whack -- just as defecation & urination are problematic when the diet & gastrointestinal system are "out of whack" (i.e. constipation, diarrhea, etc).

You know, you dont regulate when to poop either. If you need to poop your organism is saying it to you, and all you can do is delay it a bit in time.

Actually you do... or at least you CAN.

Both defecation & urination are governed mainly by intake -- how much & what you eat & drink -- have a series of LARGE meals (particularly ones that are LOW in terms of energy density, relatively high in only partially digestible "fiber" etc), and generally speaking within anywhere from 4 to 24 hours your need to defecate will be significantly higher than if/when you are fasting or eating minimally (and/or mostly HIGH energy density foods, meats & animal fats); likewise with urination, drink a lot of fluids, especially fluids containing diuretics (like coffee), and particularly when you are NOT exercising & sweating and you will need to urinate much more frequently, and probably urgently in higher volumes.

Other thing that pops up in my head is: relationship are natural too, but this natural relationships have its order, its hierarchy, its responsibilities. Todays relationships no longer have this things involved thats why mgtow is a thing.

Yes, they've been distorted/twisted -- turned into wholly UNNATURAL things -- and not only via courts & laws, but also via "ideologies" like chivalry/romanticism (i.e. the notion that a wife/husband relationship should not merely be about procreating & partnering to raise children, meet each others sexual needs in a "low risk" maner {avoiding STD's etc} -- i.e. all very practical considerations -- but romanticism adds in highly IMPRACTICAL notions of "love at first sight" as well as nonsensical things like "soul mate" and "best friends" if not "sole companions in everything... for decades").
