Most men are brought up with the idea they should settle down and have a family, we shatter the dream
Some poorer men live with women where both become co-dependent, therefore we must be lying to them!
Some men genuinely believe they've found their NAWALT unicorn, therefore AWALT can't be a general rule
Many men can't believe they can't possibly be more successful if they choose to ignore the booty call

People Protecting Their Own Interests

Men know that if enough go their own way, it could damage the economy and impact their own way of life
For a right to exist, someone has to take responsibility. MGTOW forces affluent men to directly subsidise women
Likewise, Chad knows he has to pick up the tab if Mr. Right doesn't step up to the plate and offer himself
Some men rely upon men to monetise women to make money (e.g. club owners, dating coaches and PR firms)
Business owners know women's choices make up most purchases, MGTOW means less money for women
- Most business owners are men, most executives are men, most shareholders are men

I never undertood that fully also.
Because since a mgtow dude regularly checks out of the: dating, marriage, relationship "market". It should only be a good thing for them, since they have less competition now. so it's even better for them, in that sense.

i think the main cause is:
* they feel threatened by this, as in that they it might cause them to need to overthink their own lifestyle/life choice(s). And they can't handle the idea of that.
So to protect their own lifestyle/life choice and self worth; they go in auto-defense-mode; to convince themselfes their own chosen life/lifestyle is better.

Everytime i brought up mgtow, discussing females in a rational matter, looking at them and their behaviors for who they are, the only thing they come up with is to practically call mgtow a men praising group that hates females, like reversed femenists. To be the first to answer that actually isn't MGTOW, it's because the majority of you are very sexist, and you don't even see it. At face value, MGTOW is fine and I can even get behind it. Divorce isn't fair, and there ARE women out there that get a kick out of manipulating men, however the idea that all women are like this is simply wrong. I'd suppose that a lot of you that took the red pill got your hearts broken by someone who didn't value you, and rather than recognizing her as a bad egg and moving forward, you branded all women as sluts because it was easier and required less thought. Not all women are heartless whores, and maybe if you'd take the time to talk to them casually, you'd see that. I'm sure not all of you are like this, but a whole lot of you are, and it's disgusting.
