I never in my life approached a girl and rejected 5 girls in my childhood. No agenda or premeditated plan to reject them and see how they reacted.. is was no deeper than "I wanna be alone, go away."

The best revenge is living well. You should have either said no and blocked her ass so as not to waste effort or went out for coffee and talked about how great your life is and how happy you are and how much you love your life. Hopefully all those things are true, if they are people can tell and it makes talking about it so much more sweet.

Then, just when she thinks she’s got you reeled in, ask her what value she feels she can bring into your life. She won’t have a real answer besides “companionship” which is just total bullshit. After she answers your question, matter of factly state that doesn’t sound like a good deal and you’re not interested. Thank her for her time, and leave. She got off way too light here, because now she gets to hate you. Doing it my way, extra polite and respectful while still extolling the virtues of your life means she can still TRY to hate you but she won’t have a real reason, and knowing that she can’t have you will sting that much worse.

My experience. I was for 3 to 5 years after a woman. He always expressed what he felt with gestures or gifts. After realizing that she was his "friend" and watching videos and visiting this group, I started to try "hello and bye", minimum treatment.
