I had a boss that told me that he had to hire women for equal rights, but he made sure he only hired the ones old enough for their ovaries to have dried up.

One snuck thru , went to claim maternity. This was the last straw for him anyway, he closed up shop and moved to russia to retire xD

Dude I work in an office there three women have spent longer on maternity leave than actual work, for the past 5 years. Sometimes they return and they're basically blank slates because some process were changed and they never bothered to learn the previous.

Dude. Loose the anger. Maternity and paternity leave are good things. Let’s not forget mother’s also raise sons and daughters. GYOW isn’t a hate platform for all things female. It is about recognising the nature of most women for what it is and deciding you’d rather invest time and effort on yourself. From time to time there will he posts about some woman’s behaviour, Tinder posts, hypergamy, stories from other sub, false accusations etc it’s not about hating it’s about calling it out and having a laugh at the betas who chase pussy like that’s all there is in world.
