I worked as an attendant and you would not believe how many smiles I received just for being more considerate. After seeing the suicide statistics, i learned to always end my conversations with ''see you some other time''.

It may seem little, but it makes all the difference to those who need it.

I was there years ago when I was in treatment for cancer. I did go to counseling and it did help, and helped me put things in perspective. As a result, I started doing what I wanted to do more, as opposed to what everyone else thought I was supposed to do. I quit being the guy who beats himself into the ground for his job and started living more for myself. I also shortly after, gave up on the idea of ever finding a girlfriend or a wife, and eventually that made me even happier. I only recently found out that I've been living MGTOW for years, maybe even before it was called that.
