It is nearing midnight, and like me, you are wondering how you are able to fall asleep, and after the first quarter of the hour I found a solution, so here it is:

-Tell yourself that you are tired, and quit eating and drinking sugar at the end of the night.

-If your friends are on gaming, or if you are just surfing the web, go to bed, you have more time to do that when the sun comes up.

-Do ANYTHING throughout the day that makes you move. Go get out and get healthy, because it will make you sleep healthy.

Here is my schedule:

7AM: Wake up

7:10AM: Shower (in and out by 7:15AM).

7:30AM: After shower I fix hair, use products (I recommend getting a blackhead scraper, creams as well, and stress relief lotion).

7:35AM: I'm usually dry by now (cuz 10 pushups, tryna lose weight), so I get clothes on.

7:40AM (7:45 if I decide on different outifts): Prepare breakfast

A little before 8AM: Finish breakfast, game for a little (have a bit of gamer friends as I've been working on an IT major, so having done things they haven't been able to do is great to talk about, plus I'm at the top).

9:00AM: Stop gaming, get final preparations, and head out by 9:05AM.

9:30AM - 3:15PM: School and Gym

3:15PM - 6:30PM (Sunday through Tuesday): Game, study, smoke weed (I use it to help my leg, because it's been hurting for years and don't want to take painkillers).

3:15PM - 4:30PM (Wednesday through Saturday) Walk dogs and wait until work. Usually meditate.

6:30PM - 7PM: Eat (whatever I have prepared for those days, fuck eating food cooked at work, especially at a restaurant).

7PM - 12AM: Depending on above days, either working or watching some news, or checking social media, or playing some video games, with a bit of studying.
