It's always about the quick, expensive fix and never about just living healthy.

Cut the stress factors and toxic people, eat healthy, drink water, exersize etc. And all you need to wash your face with is water. No need to fix problems in your face if you don't create the problem in the first place.

Of course with the exceptions of hormonal imbalances/skin conditions...

Simulating the things your body was made for is a great way to get healthy. Think of the stone age etc. (Hunting, gathering, fishing, building, cooking...)

With all of the processed foods now, you're getting a ton of shit in your body which you wouldn't have gotten if you cycled those foods yourself like people used to do for their food.

It is fun to see them get angry over stupid shit like soap though. It just pisses them off that we wipe our ass with the same bar that we use to wash our eyebrows. I use a bidet so never even deal with soap.

Shampoo for the hair and the body. Shave with a safety razor and it's all done in 30 seconds.
