Create an LLC, bury it inside of 2 others. Create the salary out of the first and the rest stays in the low level LLC with its own account. Buying crypto is a fine idea but you need to hide from the source without a hint of where it’s going. Her lawyer is only going to see his account and the top level LLC. Each LLC pays its own taxes respectively so nothing appears on the doc’s personal taxes.

Well, first of all £40,800 is not USD $40,800.

Secondly, we don't know the time span that £40,800 accumulated over... it may have been a single year, but it may not have been, in fact more likely it was a total from multiple years (insufficient data in headline to know; just saying MOST headlines are intentionally misleading).

That doesn't of course negate your other point, but it does modify the impression that the £40,800 vs £100k (which by general default would likely mean annual salary) attempts to create.

What my crazy ex's ex husband apparently engaged in prior to their divorce was establishing a fake church with the same name as a longstanding church that had recently disbanded in their town, donating his salary to the fake 'church', then paying himself the entire amount he donated, while claiming to be exempt from taxes as a 'clergyman.'

So the dude was a GP who, at least on paper, was making twenty grand a year. Also, it didn't end well for him.
