Of course girls do better in school. They do what their told. That's most of what school is.

School is also largely organised around the learning styles of girls. The way everything is taught and tested caters more to women, so naturally they do better.

Probably because the majority of teachers are women. I've always preformed better with make teachers.
But I think that's because when a guy is a teacher, he is doing it because he really cares about teaching. Where a lot of girls simply teach to teach.
Regardless, yes, the style of teaching was terrible for me. I have dyslexia too and I learned a lot about different means of teaching that were more effective for me.

Agreed about women teach for the sake of teaching. All of my best teachers/instructors have been males. All of them also seemed to really enjoy just being educators.

They care deeply about grades, imaginary “points”, whereas here in the real world, the important criteria is not a made up number, but how quickly/efficiently/cost effectively can other people’s needs be satisfied.

Yet boys have scored higher on SATs in every year.

I have kids in HS; they aren't taught anything - Girls do better I think because they're given little snippets of something to memorize and get the immediate gratification of being tested on it the next day, when there is no correlation as to why that piece of information is useful or how it is practical. They might as well memorize the family trees of smurfs, because no matter how many A's they get, they don't have a fucking clue as to what any of it means. There is no test on memory retention...such as, I ask my daughter why she can't remember how to do long division, but me, the last time I used it 30 fucking years ago, have no problem remembering....it's because they're not taught anything but 'tomorrow you'll be tested on the order of these random things, and it'll be open note so if you copy the board....well you'll pass the test'.
I think women like it because they get to have an illusion of success because they're passing all the tests, men are bored fucking silly, and coming to grips with on one hand only wanting to fuck every single girl in that place, even the girl in a wheelchair, and not feeling useful.

Actually this is logical.
Girls tend to enter earlier to puberty then boys. Meaning there brain starts to grow faster at an younger age.
Based on logic, it can not be different then them out preforming at school.
Then again, what is an degree worth these days?

Not to mention how schools keep on changing to favor women more and more.

Some studies show the this difference in high school grades is entirely accounted for by discrimination:
Study finds bias of female teachers against male students; female teachers give male students lower grades and performance reviews and male students are aware. No evidence that this is due to socioeconomic status.

I've also read one study which broke down grade school teachers by sex. Only the female teachers discriminated against the male students; the men teachers did not.

“Just cry” it fixes all womens educational set backs. I’ve seen this at work hundreds of times and never fail. Teachers are cucks, female teachers are sexist (sexists are women who give other women perks. )

That's what happens when you take PE, gender studies,...,

Yeah nothing to do with openly feminist teachers who make it a point to abuse authority and give lower grades to males for the same answers.

OMG THE GPA GAP
[–]KarosGraveyard0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It has been proven in a study that teachers overwhelmingly give female students higher grades because they are more agreeable and follow directions without question.
