Moral alignments are both malleable and dependable on a perspective of morality. MGTOW is seen as lawful evil in a civilization that seeks to use and discard "muh morals" suckers but cannot be easily dismantled because it does not break the "law" (at least for now, cue in legally enforced marriages). But the way we see it, this civilization is lawful evil because it uses men as disposable tools... and we can't stop it (safe for preaching the MGTOW message).

Oddly, what annoys me the most about this chart is that they don't understand the D&D alignment system at all. The law-chaos scale is not supposed to just be another good vs. evil metric. For instance, lawful evil characters use the law to their own selfish advantage, while chaotic evil characters don't care about laws and certainly don't want to pass new ones. Chaotic good makes no sense here either: they're mostly good people who find the law to be immoral or too restricting and, well, go their own way.

If you're going to use the system, use it right.
