Having a sexy body always helps, though it isn't gonna fix everything. Hit the gym and eat enough and no extra, 100 calories above maintenance is more than enough to build muscle without roids. Everything on top of that just becomes bodyfat.

Buy clothes that fit you while you're at it. They make you look better.

There is no getting passed the need for social skills, a girl who is on the spectrum herself might sync with you. But most won't. Practice, practice, practice. Not even an autist is incapable of learning. You'll probably never be "charismatic". But you can definitely improve your social skills to the point where they don't scare girls away anymore. At which point, your looks will seal the deal. Pay special attention to learning appropriate body language and facial expressions. And how to read them. Creepiness is a matter of your words and your body not saying the same thing.

I know from experience, as I'm on the spectrum myself and have had some success with women despite that fact. Of course it also depends on how functional your particular case is. The worse it is the more work you need.

I would think you should get tested so you know if and where on spectrum where you are and then create plan from there. If you are just video game isolated type then you gonna have to be proactive and make things happen, I will post below what I posted before a plan what privateman posted years ago..

Isolation is death, all your social skills will atrophy and you will just feel weird doing things that even used to come natural. You will get anxiety for just the smallest things. You need to break out of that asap. Then just build up from there, I like privateman (rip) approach for most guys. He had a blog post about having confidence from ability, then basic social skills then game. Those 3 layers, I guess you have some of 1, you are atrophying the little of #2 and none of #3.
